How can I find my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the subject “Your Creamy Fabrics order is on its way”. This email will contain a tracking link that allows you to follow your package in real-time. You can also check the status of your order directly from your Creamy Fabrics account.
Do you have a Creamy Fabrics account?
Log in to your account.
Go to the "My Orders" section.
Select the order you want to track.
If it's "fulfilled", click on the tracking link to see the current delivery status.
You can't find your account?
No worries! You can still track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. However, having an account makes it easier to view your order history and manage your details.
To create an account:
Visit the login page.
Click on "Password recovery".
Fill in the required details and confirm your registration.
Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to manage your orders.
My order status is not updating, what can I do?
Don’t worry! It can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
If your tracking hasn’t been updated for a while, please check the following:
Ensure that your package is not delayed due to an incorrect address.
If you provided the wrong or incomplete address, use our chatbot to modify your order. (In the bottom right-hand corner)
If your tracking shows no updates for several days, your package is most likely still in transit. However, if there is no update after 6 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), please contact our customer service via our chatbot so that we can assist you further.
