I Placed My Order as a Guest

  • View all your orders placed with your email address

  • Track the shipping status of your orders at a glance


How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you decide to cancel your order, you can submit a request through our ticket system, and we will process the cancellation for you. To assist you as quickly as possible, please provide us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

⚠️ Please note that we process and pack orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations can only be made within a limited time after placing your order.

If you have already received an email with shipping information, cancellation is no longer possible


Was Your Order Canceled Unexpectedly?

We're sorry about that! Sometimes, an item may go out of stock due to simultaneous purchases.

You can sign up for an email notification to be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.


Incorrect or Faulty Shipping Address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately. This can happen if you pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, as they may have old shipping or email addresses saved. Please also check that your email address is correct.

To update your address, submit a ticket via our chatbot with the correct details.

⚠️ If you have already received an email with shipping information, we can no longer change your shipping address.


I Didn't Receive an Order Confirmation

You will receive your order confirmation immediately after placing your order via email.

Please check:

  • The email address linked to your payment method

  • Your spam/junk folder

If you haven't received a confirmation, your order may not have been successfully completed.

Feel free to submit a ticket, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.


Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?

As long as your order has not yet been packed and shipped, you can submit a ticket through our system, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please note that we can only change the color or size of an item or remove an item from your order.
Changing the product model or adding additional items after the order has been placed is not possible.
