How long does an exchange take?
An exchange is usually processed and shipped within 8 business days after your return has been received at our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed, as well as a shipping notification when your exchange is on its way to you.
Can I exchange my ordered items for a different product?
No, unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for a different product or model.
My desired item is not available for exchange, what can I do?
If an exchange is not possible through our portal, you can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit. You can then use the store credit to place a new order once your desired product is back in stock. Can I exchange an item if my original order is no longer within the return period?
No, the return period for an exchange is not longer than the return period for a full refund. The 14-day return period applies to both returns (full refunds) and exchanges.
What happens if I exchange an item purchased during a promotion (e.g., "Buy 3, get 2 free")?
When exchanging an item purchased during a promotion, the price remains the same, and nothing changes regarding the promotion.
Can I combine an exchange with a return?
Yes, you can. You can register both an exchange and a return simultaneously in our returns and exchange portal and send them back in one package. The exchange and refund will be processed automatically.
