Why should I create a Creamy account? ๐Ÿง

The real question is โ€“ why not? Creating an account is super easy, and in your account you can:

๐Ÿ“ฆ view your order history
๐Ÿ” track your order status,
๐Ÿ  update your address if thereโ€™s been any mistakes.


How do I create a customer account? โœ๏ธ

On our website, youโ€™ll find a small ๐Ÿ‘ค icon at the top right. Just click on it, and youโ€™ll be directed to the registration page.
Enter the email address youโ€™ve already used for orders โ€“ or the one you want to use.


Do I need a customer account to place an order? โŒ

No, you can order from us without a customer account.
However, having an account is super handy if you want to:
๐Ÿ“‹ View your past orders
๐Ÿšš Check your shipment status


How can I update my personal details? ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Yes! You can update your personal details in your customer account.


I forgot my password โ€“ what now? ๐Ÿ”

Simply click on "Forgot Password," and you'll receive an email to reset it. ๐Ÿ’Œ


How can I view my orders? ๐Ÿงพ

Under "Orders," you can see all your past orders associated with the email address you provided.


I can't log into my account ๐Ÿ˜•

Are you getting an error when trying to log in? Here are a few possible reasons:

โœ… Wrong email address? Make sure you use the same one you used for your order.

๐Ÿ”‘ Wrong password? No problem โ€“ just click "Forgot Password" to reset it.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Please note: We can't change the email address on your account. If you'd like to use a new one, simply create a new account.
