How do I create a customer account? ✍️
On our website, you’ll find a small 👤 icon at the top right. Just click on it, and you’ll be directed to the registration page.
Enter the email address you’ve already used for orders – or the one you want to use.
Do I need a customer account to place an order? ❌
No, you can order from us without a customer account.
However, having an account is super handy if you want to:
📋 View your past orders
🚚 Check your shipment status
How can I update my personal details? 🛠️
Yes! You can update your personal details in your customer account.
I forgot my password – what now? 🔐
Simply click on "Forgot Password," and you'll receive an email to reset it. 💌
How can I view my orders? 🧾
Under "Orders," you can see all your past orders associated with the email address you provided.
I can't log into my account 😕
Are you getting an error when trying to log in? Here are a few possible reasons:
✅ Wrong email address? Make sure you use the same one you used for your order.
🔑 Wrong password? No problem – just click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
📬 Please note: We can't change the email address on your account. If you'd like to use a new one, simply create a new account.
