Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, worn items are excluded from exchange and refunds.
Shipping costs for returns in case of withdrawal must be covered by you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Creamy Fabrics, Niederkasseler Lohweg 18, 40547 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Exchange Policy
We offer a free exchange. To process this, select the reason "Exchange" in our return portal and include a note in the package with your desired size and color.
(The second exchange is subject to a fee.) (If your first order is no longer within the withdrawal period and you make an exchange afterward, the return period still applies only to the first order. The return period cannot be extended by an exchange. It is not allowed to claim that the return period is still valid due to a second order. The calculation of the withdrawal period refers exclusively to the first order.)
If you wish to return your order completely, please select the appropriate reason in the return portal. Once your package has arrived at our facility, we will refund your amount (minus €4.95 for returns within Germany, minus €9.95 from Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and minus €14.95 from Switzerland, France, Spain, and Denmark).
It is important to note that shipping costs may also apply in addition to the product costs (for orders up to €49.99). These shipping costs cover the delivery of your order and are not included in the product prices.

If you purchase items worth €39.99, an additional €3.90 shipping cost applies. The total cost would be €43.89 (€39.99 for the products + €3.90 for shipping).
If you decide to return the product, you must pay €4.95 for the return shipment.
It is essential to emphasize that these €4.95 are deducted only from the product cost (€39.99), not from the total amount including shipping (€43.89).
We clarify in our communications that orders up to a value of €49.99 incur a €3.90 shipping charge. This charge is not part of the product cost but rather a fee that DHL charges for delivery. The same applies to the return cost of €4.95, which we cover.
Understanding this distinction is crucial to avoiding misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding!
If you return only part of a bundle or promotional offer (e.g., "Buy two, get two free"), the free items must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments according to our terms and conditions, no later than 20 business days from the date we have received and confirmed your return.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
You must return the items to us without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we act as your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for financing.
If we have already received the loan at the time of the withdrawal, your lender will assume our rights and obligations regarding the withdrawal. This does not apply if the contract concerns financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
To avoid contractual obligations, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if applicable.
Processing Time for Returns:
Due to careful quality checks, processing your return and issuing a refund may take up to 15 business days after receiving your returned item. Thank you for your understanding.
