We accept returns only within the 14-day return period, which begins on the day your order is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.

You may try on items just like in a store, but please be careful not to remove the tags. If a tag is torn off, a return is no longer possible.

You will receive a DHL return label, which allows you to ship your return securely and with tracking. This ensures protection in case of loss and allows you to track your shipment.

⚠️ If you return a package with self-paid postage without tracking, we cannot assume liability for lost shipments.

Your refund or invoice adjustment will be processed within 15 business days (Monday–Friday) after your return has arrived at our warehouse.
